I've beyond thrilled with the quality of work Carbonite did on my CT4-V. After speaking with many other local detailers, Ian from Carbonite really stood out as highly knowledgeable and also offered very helpful advice. So many other detailers tried selling me a generic PPF package from a price list whereas Ian instead listened to exactly how I plan to use my car and recommended specific coverage based on this. I also went for a full ceramic coating including wheels and windows- car looks great! On pickup, Ian also patiently answered all my questions on aftercare- truly a great experience all around. Can't recommend Carbonite enough!
I was so happy to find a reputable detailer who offers hand washes close to me. I can't express how thankful I am to have found Ian and Carbonite- this is how all businesses should be. He has a beautiful space, is professional, is so attentive to detail, and is really the best. I can't wait to continue coming here for washes, detailing, etc. I would also highly recommend him for paint correction/ceramic coating (I regret not having come here for my ceramic coating).
